MedTemps© is a Microsoft Word add-in that provides physicians an easy way to create and save notes, letters and medical reports. Through the intuitive MedTemps interface, physicians can easily create any type of patient report and save it to a secure HIPAA-compliant database directly from Microsoft Word. MedTemps comes with a built in database that automatically fills in a document with information from the patient’s database record.

A complete “How to” set of video examples to show you EXACTLY how to use any feature of the program. You choose the way you want to fill out the reports. You can type or dictate using your preferred speech recognition program (either ViaVoice or ScanSoft NaturallySpeaking).

MedTemps has built-in tabs to help you keep track of common patient information: Family / Social History, Problem List, Medications, Allergies, Vitals, Labs, Notes and a quick view list of previously created documents.

MedTemps also allows you to keep a table of individually selectable referring physicians, allowing you to automatically address letters and reports. Simply look up a patient by last/first name or the first few letters:
